掘进机刮板运输机存在的问题及改进设计

摘要: 为提高刮板运输机的工作效率和工作可靠性,文章分析了刮板运输机在实际使用过程中遇到的诸多问题,比如刮板运输机卡链问题,刮板运输机大坡度运输能力下降问题,刮板运输机扬尘问题等。通过对刮板运输机深入研究分析,刮板输送机卡链问题和大坡度运输能力下降问题,以及机尾扬尘问题的改进措施。旨在为今后掘进机刮板运输机设计提供一定的理论指导。

Abstract: Abstract: The roadheader is the main equipment of coal mine comprehensive mining in our country, and the scraper conveyor is located behind the roadheader’s loading part, it is a major part for roadheader’s coal transport. As the roadheader technology rapid development, we also encounters many problems about the scraper conveyor with the process of actual using, such as scraper conveyor was jammed, scraper conveyor large gradient transport capacity was declined, scraper conveyor produced dust. In this thesis, through the in-depth analysis about the scraper conveyor, we put forward some improvement measures on the above problems. We hope the thesis could provide some theoretical guidances for the design of roadheader’s scraper convey.
